YOUR IMPACT:
Draft, review, and process contracts and amendments under supervision
Track approvals, renewals, and key milestones across multiple projects
Maintain contract documentation and organize files in the central system
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal standards
Provide administrative support to senior contract staff and project teams
WHAT YOU BRING:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in contract administration, ideally in architecture, engineering, or construction
Familiarity with contract law and terminology
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with contract management software a plus
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and escalate issues appropriately
