WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Office Administrator Duties (40%):

  • Greet Clients / Phones / Mail

  • Executive Travel Arrangements

  • Track and file all corporate & professional registrations

  • Coordination of after office events & vendor lunch & learns.

  • Manage 3rd party vendors

  • Inventory / Office Equipment maintenance coordination

  • Inventory / Office supplies oversight

  • Other

 Human Resources Duties (10%):

  • Aid in the Recruitment & Onboarding or Termination of Employees

  • Partner with 3rd party payroll company

  • Coordinate health insurance and employee benefits

  • Other

 Bookkeeper Duties (50%):

  • Management of Company Digital Accounting Information

  • Aids in Payroll process

  • Journal Entry General Ledger input / Light AP / AR

  • Generation of Accounting Reports

  • Bookkeeping Balance / Reporting of Discrepancies

  • Cash Receipts / Bank Deposits

  • Oversee financial records of company’s real estate portfolio

  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly financial performance reports

  • Other

 WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

  • 2+ years’ Bookkeeping exp

  • 1+ years’ Office Admin exp

  • Great disposition, fast starter, initiative, flexibility w/ duties

  • BA preferred
