The position will zero in on managing and maintaining client renewal contracts while also providing sales support and administrative duties to assist in the success of the team. From Them:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Manage Support Renewals through SalesForce

  • Responsible for renewal retention and accuracy

  • Build relationships with vendors and partners

  • Assist sales team by preparing customer quotes

  • Support sales team to maintain accurate forecasts in SalesForce

  • Prepare and submit purchase orders

  • Provide outstanding customer service

  • Logistics (order shipping status)

  • Partner deal registration

  • Office Supply Management

  • Assists with ad hoc projects

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Organized with a high level of attention to detail

  • Proactive and driven to deliver results

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

  • Experience with QuoteWerks helpful

  • Experience with SalesForce helpful

  • Effective time management

  • Vendor relationships
