WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Manage Support Renewals through SalesForce
Responsible for renewal retention and accuracy
Build relationships with vendors and partners
Assist sales team by preparing customer quotes
Support sales team to maintain accurate forecasts in SalesForce
Prepare and submit purchase orders
Provide outstanding customer service
Logistics (order shipping status)
Partner deal registration
Office Supply Management
Assists with ad hoc projects
WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR THIS POSITION:
Bachelor’s Degree
Organized with a high level of attention to detail
Proactive and driven to deliver results
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Experience with QuoteWerks helpful
Experience with SalesForce helpful
Effective time management
Vendor relationships
